Massage Therapy is currently only available at Uptown Pilates on the Upper Westside.

Jen Williams has been a licensed massage therapist in New York State since 1998. She studied dance at Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage where she studied Swedish, shiatsu and medical massage. She is certified in prenatal massage and infant massage instruction. Her continuing education also includes the Hawaiian Temple Bodywork of lomi lomi, Thai massage and seated chair massage. She brings a strong dance background to her work, and feels that bodywork is a natural bridge to greater self awareness.

Kelly Newkirk-Marra holds a BA from the University of South Florida, Tampa, as well as an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from the Swedish Institute, NYC. She has been a New York State licensed practitioner for five years. Currently beginning her third year of study in acupuncture, Kelly is enrolled in a 3 year masters program at Tri State College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, NYC. She is also certified in pre-natal massage with three years of experience working with women pre and post natally.
