Jen Williams has been a licensed massage therapist in New York State since 1998. She studied dance at Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage where she studied Swedish, shiatsu and medical massage. She is certified in prenatal massage and infant massage instruction. Her continuing education also includes the Hawaiian Temple Bodywork of lomi lomi, Thai massage and seated chair massage. She brings a strong dance background to her work, and feels that bodywork is a natural bridge to greater self awareness.
Claire Posada, a graduate of the Scherer Institute of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, NM, has been a NY State licensed massage therapist since 1998. She incorporates connective tissue bodywork in her Swedish massages and has also studied reflexology and PNF muscle release. She is a certified practitioner and self-help instructor of Jin Shin Jyutsu®, an art of harmonizing the vital energy of the body through touch by awakening its innate intelligence. She is also certified in the Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage, a gentle massage technique for eliminating toxins, easing stress, and reducing pain and swelling from injuries or surgery. Claire is a member of the AMTA and NCBTMB. Her fascination with how the body works (or doesn't) and in anatomy stemmed from being sidelined with injuries as a dancer and studying the annual Thanksgiving turkey.
